Pei Ying Chen
Trombone


Ms. Chen is from Taichung and graduated from the Music Department of National Kaohsiung Normal University with a master's degree in performance, majoring in Trombone. She studied under professors such as Huang Chung-Hao, Chen Kuan-Wen, and Tien Chih-Sheng . She actively participates in musical events across various regions and has served as an associate musician for the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra (NTSO) and as a stage band member for the flagship opera at the Weiwuying National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts.
Currently, she is a trombonist in the Kaohsiung Wind Orchestra, NTSO Taiwan Youth Symphony Orchestra, NTSO Taiwan Wind Ensemble, and Blossom Brass Quintet. Chen also serves as a low brass instructor at various schools in central and southern Taiwan.
