Peng-Hua Tsai

Clarinet

Peng-Hua Tsai is an active performer and clarinet teacher in southern Taiwan. She is now a member of Kaohsiung City Wind Orchestra. Tsai received her Master’s degree in Department of Music from National Sun Yat-sen University and got a Bachelor's degree from Tainan National University of the Art.
