Chun-Yi Ho

Percussion

Graduated from National Kaohsiung Normal University with Master’s degree in Percussion Performance and Wind Band Conducting, Chun-Yi Ho has enthusiastically devoted to percussion ensemble education and wind band conducting. She has led numerous student ensembles to victory in regional and national competitions.

In addition to her major role as an educator and conductor, Chun-Yi maintains an active performing schedule as chamber musician. She was a member as well as administrative assistant of Succession Percussion Group in 2009-2013; her marimba duo with Ms. Hsin-Yu Lin has been selected to compete in semi-final of the 2013 Universal Marimba Competition in Belgium. She is also a long-term member of Throbbing Elements Percussion Ensemble and Kaohsiung City Wind Orchestra.
