Wang has conducted many school bands and orchestras of all levels in Taiwan. The school bands and orchestras he conducted have won 32 regional championships and 23 national championships in music contests to date. Wang became the music director of the Kaohsiung City Wind Orchestra in 2012. The Wind Orchestra has worked with the principle trumpeter of the Berliner Philharmoniker Gabor Takövi and the principle trumpeter of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra Amsterdam since. Wang is invited to conduct the China Dunshan Symphonic Wind Orchestra in Beijing in 2014. Wang is the first guest conductor ever of the DSWO.
